Bailer is a leading proponent of the Melbourne graffiti and public art scene.
Actively contributing artistically for over twenty years, Bailer has dedicated the better part of his adult life to creating public works and supporting other creatives. Growing up with a graffiti addiction - constantly painting letter after letter, line after line, he is now focusing on progression. Pushing his style outside the boundaries and confines of the traditional graffiti structure. Bailer hopes to continually increase the scale of his works and to paint them on new surfaces.

I titled the show Duality as life and art are in a constant push and pull of opposing forces. Instead of fighting them I am trying to now embrace them. The recurring motifs of the hand and the eyeball fall into this theme of the yin and yang. The eye is the first point of contact. It can show love or fear. The hand can embrace or attack.
